Suburb sound atmosphere hq.

Lots of nighttime traffic and in the first two minutes, several loud vehicles pass and you hear three loud reports of distant fireworks followed by distant barking. There's about three more minutes of traffic and then the noise dies down to neighborhood hum in the last 45 seconds.

Recording from the balcony of my air bnb in venice, italy. You can hear doors opening, people walking, dogs barking, seagulls, a plane goes by, a person with a limp walks by, speech in italian and other ambient sounds through a reverberant street. There are no cars to pollute the soundscape.

A diesel flatbed tow truck idles for two minutes, moves the truck into position,backup warning beeps, moves the car back, adjusts the position of the truck once more, extends the rollback tilt-tray, connects the car, winches the car up, retracts the rollback tilt-tray, secures chains to the car, then drives off. Night time at an intersection in a residential part of tokyo. Normally the street is quite busy, but at 11 pm you can hear more discrete sounds, including people walking around. The only processing was trimming at mixdown of the 2 independent stereo tracks. Recorded with 4 mics.
